CLASH
ClashReal name: John Anderson,Origin: Mutant/Ultima, age: 20 (actually less than a year), Height: 5'11, Weight: 165 lb., Eyes: Blue, Appearance: Clash has Blond hair, wears sunglasses that hide his blue eyes, and a trenchcoat to complete the loner appearance. Fight: EX(20) Health: 60 Agility: GD(10) Karma: 100 Strength: GD(10) Popularity: 0 Endurance: EX(20) Reason: GD(10) Intuition: EX(20) Psyche: EX(20) Contacts: Prof-Xavier, X-force, Xanadu(old), Wolverine, Storm, Dr. Doom, The Watcher, Cable, Talents: Trivia(EX20) superheroes, computers(EX20), Streetwise(EX20), Leadership, Powers: DEFENSIVE PHYSIOLOGY: 100(UN) Clash's body is able to instantly create defenses to almost any type of attack, the moment it strikes him. This ability Starts out at RM(30) level and increases +1CS every round until the adaptation is stronger than the attack or until it peaks at UN(100) level 4 rounds later. EXAMPLE: If hit with a flame-thrower of IN(40), his power would activate stopping RM(30) damage the first round then raise up to IN(40) the next round (blocking all damage) then Max out at AM(50) the following round. Clash's body is able to generate defenses Vs up to two-forms of attack at once, but his body may take shortcuts allowing it to block both attacks with one defense. His body generates random defensive adaptations and his body may not react the same way to the same attack if encountered again. In the flame thrower example Clash's body could become covered in ice or he could develop phasing powers (like shadowcat) allowing the attack to pass thru him. Clash's body changes defenses only after at least 1 round has passed without him being attacked. Then his body retracts the defensive power completely. Clash's new forms may grant him Nemesis like powers against those attacking him. These powers may take as many forms as his power allows. Body Armor(30):Because Clash's power works constantly, he has in effect RM(30) armor. LIMITATIONS: Clash's power is ineffective versus magical and mental attacks and effects. Recent developments have revealed the fact that John is a clone. Created by the Latvarian monarch Dr. Victor Von Doom, the Clash clone has an estimated life expectancy of approxamatly one year. This condition may have been changed by the invitation of the alien symbiote Quee' el ("Q"). John's clone has begun to recently develop the signs of cellular degeneration common to most (failed) cloning attempts. The side effects thus far are burning him up. Each use of his powers seriously ages the clone (John is approxamatly 50 years old, though his body shows little actual signs of said aging). Along with the aging, the clone has begun to develop the veiny growths associated with his cellular decay. These veins are milk white in appearance and vary in thickness from thumbsized to about two inches in thickness. These veins appear each time the clone uses it's powers. BACKGROUND With his mutant ability arising at birth, his parents rejected him, and he has been through many foster homes, thus as a 19-year-old, he still has problems trusting anyone, especially parental figures (which would explain why he didn't go with Xavier when first contacted). Clash did finish High School, but didn't go on to College because he didn't have the money, or the kind of grades that would have meant a scholarship. Clash has Blond hair, wears sunglasses that hide his blue eyes, and a trenchcoat to complete the loner appearance. He purposely distances himself from people because he knows that they will reject him anyway, but he has heard of the X-men and used to religiously follow their exploits in the news. John has been the defacto leader of X-Tension ever since Logan was lost to the Hounds. He has more than proven himself a capable leader and team member, and has been romantically involved with Psi almost since he joined.

PSI
PSICode name: PsiReal name: Brooke Winters FIGHT: 6(TY) HEALTH: 32 AGILITY: 10(GD) KARMA: 90 STRENGTH: 6(TY) RESOURCES: 4(PR) ENDURANCE: 10(GD) POPULARITY: 0 REASON: 20(EX) INTUITION: 30(RM) PSYCHE: 40(IN) TALENTS: Resist domination 50(AM), Modeling, CONTACTS: Xavier, Xanadu (old), Wolverine, Storm, X-force, POWERS: TELEPATHY: 40(IN). Brook has shown herself able to communicate with other minds within a 1 mile range. Her telepathic ability has given her the following abilities. MIND LINK: 40(IN), Psi has at the most linked 8 minds at once but this number may grow as her power does. Psi's mindlink with Bryce and John is very deeply rooted and she receives a +1cs to range and intensity with Bryce, and a +2cs for John. MENTAL PROBE: 40(IN), Psi is able to probe a being's mind for specific information. This probe varies in successfulness depending on how alert the victim is as well as how high it's mental defenses are. Psi must be within visual range for this to work and receives a +1cs if she is touching the target. EMPATHY: 50(AM), Psi can feal the general state of emotions in those around her. Overwhelming emotions can cause mental feedback severely limiting her use of her telepathy and telekinesis. MENTAL BLASTS: 50(AM), Almost a reflex more than attack, Psi has been shown to have the ability to directly attack a targets mind. Victims save using their PSYCHE score or pass out from the savagery of her attack. TELEKINESIS: 30(RM), Psi using only the strength of her mind is able to move and manipulate objects. Her upper limit is one ton but she has never lifted near this weight. Like many telekinetic's, Psi has not learned to fly or move herself much since she sees herself as the source of her power, a mental arm extending itself from her, performing the manipulation she directs it too. This mental limb association keeps many TK's from flying since they can't picture their arm, lifting themselves. ITEMS/EQUIPMENT: PSI-BLADE: A device given her by the mysterious Mark, this cylinder is silver and less than a foot long. Having used it only once, Psi has yet to explore it's full use. Her use of it then was as a mental blade on the astral plane. BACKGROUND: Brooke Winters is the daughter of former fashion model, Giselle Winters, and actor, David Winters. She grew up in a wealthy environment and was afforded everything that her heart desired. She grew up trying to live up to her family's high ideals and expectations. As a child, Brooke was entered in numerous beauty pageants, against her wishes, and was expected to be only the best at everything that she attempted. Her family had even nick named Brooke their "Perfect Princess". Upon completion of high school, her mother pushed her to enter the modeling field, hoping that her daughter would follow in her foot steps. Brooke didn't want to become a fashion model but did as her mother asked, not wanting to disappoint her family. She craves the approval of her family. During this time, her mutant powers began to develop. At first, Brooke was frightened by the "voices" that she heard in her head until she discovered that she was in fact reading the minds of others! She also soon discovered her empathic abilities and mild telekinesis! Knowing the stigma and problems that would come from being discovered as a mutant, Brooke hid her abilities, especially from her parents who were supporters of Operation: Zero Tolerance! She currently works with some of the top designers and magazines. Brooke is considered an up and coming supermodel although her heart truly lies elsewhere.... Now a charter member of X-Tension, Brooke strives to succeed alongside her boyfriend John Anderson (Clash) and good friend Bryce (Deadweight). In her not too long ago past, Brooke received an odd instrument that is supposed to focus her powers to greater levels. She still has the cylinder but has yet to do more than turn it on once.
DEADWEIGHT
DEADWEIGHTDeadweightSecret ID: Bryce Graves FIGHT: 10(GD) HEALTH: 80 AGILITY: 40(IN) KARMA: 50 STRENGTH: 10(GD) RESOURCES: 6(TY) Endurance: 20(EX) POPULARITY: 4(PR) INTUITION: 10(GD) PSYCHE: 20(EX) Talents: Physics, Judo, First Aid, Leadership, Thrown Weapon Specialty (+1cs) CONTACTS: Wolverine, Storm, Xanadu (old), X-factor (old), X-Force, Xavier, Powers: GRAVITY MANIPULATION: 40(IN ), Bryce is able to manipulate gravity to perform a variety of effects. Gravity always exists wherever there is tangible matter. Bryce doesn't really generate gravity so much as change the intensity and direction of what's already there. He can increase or decrease the intensity of gravity by his Power rank number and this effect may be targeted at himself or projected at another target. When lifting or moving objects Bryce has an upper weight limit of 10 tons. Objects over this weight are unaffected by his powers. FLIGHT: 30(RM) By lowering the gravity of himself or some other object Bryce is able to simulate flight. Even though an object's weightless it is not massless. Objects normally weighing over 1 ton (separate or together) are too much for Bryce to move in this way. MISSILE ENHANCEMENT; 40(IN), Bryce commonly carries a pouch full of throwing knives that in conjunction with his gravity control are able to penetrate objects of 50(AM) material strength or less, causing up to 30(RM) in the process. Bryce relies on his agility to determine if his blades hit a target. GRAVITY ATTACKS: Bryce has developed several attacks using his power, that allow him to incapacitate a living target. GRAVITY BUBBLE: 40(IN) Created inside a victim, this "bubble" requires the victim to make an ENDURANCE roll Vs the intensity of Bryce's attack our pass-out. Victims take damage equal to Bryce's power level minus their Endurance rank. Victims are struck by spasms and unable to move as long as Bryce does this plus 1d10 rounds. GRAVITY OVERLOAD: 50(AM) by doing nothing else but increasing target's gravity, Bryce can exert up to 50 tons of pressure on a subject. Items with lesser material strengths just fall apart broken, while living victims require strength rolls to continue standing and endurance rolls to even stay conscious during this gravametric assault. GRAVITY IMPLOSION: 50(AM). Usable only on inanimate materials, Bryce is able to implant a blackhole like gravity well inside an object. This marble sized/shaped gravity well slowly causes the object to implode in upon itself. As full compaction of the object occurs it becomes a totally smooth ball then shrinks down to it's full compacted size. Bryce's use of his power like this doesn't really "shrink" an object so much as remove every bit of available "space" within the object even down to a molecular level. This use of his power drains Bryce's strength, weakening him for 1d10 rounds after compaction is completed. Bio: 20 years old, Bryce was attending a small college in downstate Iowa when his powers surfaced. Keeping them secret for a while he accidentally revealed them while saving a young girl from being hit by a drunk driver. A drunken mob formed almost instantly as the incident was in clear view of a frat, but thankfully it was dark enough that no one saw his face. Avoiding and eventually joining the lynch mob (Who would look for the victim there?) he made his way to safety. He is fairly athletic, and spends a lot of time swimming and playing Basketball (was going to join the team before his powers kicked in, a sense of fair play prevented that. He is intelligent and eager (perhaps too eager?) to prove his worth.

CONTACTS X-Tension, Law Enforcement contacts, Phoenix, AZ police department. Claudia Monet-Stinson (mother) Robert Stinson (Father), Kimberly Stinson, AKA "Danger Slut" (Sister) BACKGROUND Tommy Stinson was born to be an archer. His mother, Claudia took home the silver medal in Archery from the ’76 olympics. There, she met a man named Robert Stinson, who had competed in the Biathlon the year earlier and was in attendance. One year later, almost on the anniversary of the day their parents met, Tommy and his twin sister Kim were born. Unfortunately, the marriage fell apart when Claudia learned just exactly that her husband was more than an amateur athlete… he was a hired killer with connections to the Maggia, an organized crime syndicate based in New York. Even worse, he had no interest in retiring. Without a second thought, she took the kids and moved as far away as she was able. She made it as far as Arizona, before settling there to raise her kids away from the dangers of her ex husband’s world. Even at that, Bob Stinson would occasionally make his presence known in the kids’ lives, trying to win their affection from afar. She saw in Tommy an aptitude for archery, and encouraged his talent, pushing him to train and train for hours on end. He’d hoped to one day compete in the Olympics himself, but when he was fifteen, his mutant power manifested itself while he was target practicing. He could remember the stories about Jean Paul Beaubier, the Canadian skier who withdrew from competition amidst rumors that he was a mutant. Tommy’s Olympic dreams were destroyed the day he blew his target to smithereens. At his mother’s insistence, Tommy kept his powers a secret. Life continued as normal. He went into law enforcement, gaining a degree in Criminology. His sister became adept with computers, hardware and software. She also had abilities similar to Tommy’s, but saw little reason to keep any of it a secret. She’d always been more reckless and prone to trouble than Tom. The kids were incredibly close, sharing a bond that went beyond that of normal siblings, but two more different personalities could not be found on the face of the earth. The kids often had conversations about what the right thing to do with their powers would be. Ever the altruist, Tommy thought they should use them to help people, like the Avengers. Kim, however, was more of a self absorbed capitalist. She believed that the powers were a gift, and that they should use them for their own benefit. On their collective 21st birthday, everything changed, when their father came to town and invited them both to dinner. He said he simply wanted to celebrate one birthday with them, and implored them to come. The dinner was a ruse. His real agenda was that he wanted to bring his son & daughter into the "family business". He was persuasive, he promised them more money than they’d ever imagined, and the freedom to do whatever they wanted. His career had been lucrative for him, and he was good at it, moving up within the ranks of the Maggia, and he was offering to bring them along for the ride. It was an attractive offer, and coming from a man who had always been a mystery to them made it that much more attractive. Kim quickly agreed to take him up on his offer, Tommy turned him down flat and walked out. He eventually joined the police department. His dad and sister turned Tommy’s name over to Operation:Zero Tolerance as payback for his refusal, and outed him as a mutant to everyone who knew him. They figured that he’d change his mind once he saw how the world really felt about people gifted with abilities like his. When O:ZT came to take Tom into custody, he found that there was nobody willing to help him. One by one, his friends turned their backs on the young mutant. The final straw was when he found himself in his own apartment, staring down the barrel of his own service revolver, which was being pointed at him by his girlfriend. With no one to turn to for help, Tom Stinson had to face the trained soldiers of O:ZT himself. It was a small force that had been sent to Phoenix, a skeleton crew of a few officers and one Prime Sentinel. Even at that, untrained, and alone, he barely escaped with his life. Knowing full well that he had to leave his home, he set out on the road, eventually finding himself in New York, where he happened upon a group of mutants known as Xtension. He assumed the code name Huntsman as a play on his father’s moniker of Foxhunt, and hopes to find friends and build a new life for himself, do the right thing, and somehow manage to survive the next time he encounters his family.

Six years her senior, Victoria was in her brothers class the day Kang decided to enact his revenge on the Avengers. Debating the freedoms lost by the (original) just enacted MRA, her brother, up oat the podium, was the first casualty when the battle ravaged form of Kang penetrated the building. Like a rocket Kang's body burst through the classes brick walls. Spewing brick shards and mortar fragments everywhere, Kang never noticed the young man's life he destroyed as the time traveling villain looked panicked about the room. Fearing the imminent appearance of the Avenger's, Kang scanned the class room, checking out all of the students huddled in the far corner. Selecting an appropriate target Kang selected Victoria and spirited her away from the scene. Days later her comatose and memory deprived body would turn up alone and abandoned in a building far from whence Kang abducted her. Kang had done more than liberate the child's memories, her knowledge. He had created a vessel in which to use them. An experiment he had planned to do to himself, Kang tried the young girl's memories in his place. In doing so a Sentient Holographic Intelligent Vehicular Agent was created. SHIVA
