Sentient. Humanoid. Intelligent. Vehicular. Agent.
Shiva, this vehicular program was originally designed to simply be a driver for a suitably high-tech vehicle. Unfortunately personality or Artificial Intelligence wasn't added in and on the whole the program did it's job, just not very well.
To compensate for this, Kang added a personality. During a down time on Earth the time displaced warlord kidnapped a young woman and using advanced technology, he ripped her mind from her very body. Leaving her comatose, amnesiac minded, body behind, Kang made his way back to his ship in time to face the Avengers (who kicked his butt).
It would be a few years before Kang would use the stolen mind, and he never hooked it to his ship as he originally planned. Instead he mounted it to his specially prepared exploration tank. Naming her Shiva, he figured the tank could be used to explore areas deemed too dull (dangerous) for his personal energies.
Shiva has been in service for an undetermined time (hard to judge age when traveling with a time traveler) exploring exotic worlds and acting as an armed enforcer for Kang.
Shiva is stern when it comes to those she is escorting and is very vain about her (the tanks) appearance. She takes attacks against herself very personnel and more than has the power to back herself up should she become upset. Shiva has instant access to many of Kang's files specially anything having to do with her escort duties, but she does not have free rein of his computer or his ship.
Shiva may go anywhere within her interior, but is limited to an immediate area outside of it. Projectors built into the tanks' hull allow Shiva to appear anywhere up to 100 feet away from the tank. Any further than this and her body fades away reforming within range.

At 5' 2", Shiva's shoulder-length strawberry-blond hair contrasts with her fog gray eyes. Shiva is always "clothed" in her silver/black body suit.

Talents:
S. H. I. V. A. has many files stored in her main data banks and is able to access them at will. From these files she may "upload" talents as needed. All talents downloaded are considered to be equal in rank to her Reason. Shiva may have a Max of 20 talents at any one time, but she doesn't often have need of this many at once. Dupes (See below) may be "taught" certain talents for field duty.



Shiva's solid hologram body and her tank housing are one in the same in her mind. The tank itself is made up of four equal sized floors.1st Floor: The bottom floor of the tank is devoted to labs and research. Several areas contain restraining cells for encountered life forms.2nd Floor: This is mainly living quarters for the teams of researchers and scientists originally supposed to pilot Shiva.3rd Floor: Command deck. Here the information from the science level can be gone over while piloting of the ship commences. Shiva's main memory banks are located here and this is the true heart of the vessel.4th Floor. Weapons level. Contained within the huge turret atop the tank is the weapon's level. Here individual weapons and systems can be accessed for Shiva's defense.
   POWERS & ABILITIES:
Solid Light Form: <50/AM> A solid hologram, Shiva is able to accomplish many power stunts using energy based holograms such as herself.

ShapeChange: <50/AM> Making use of her memory in combination with her solid light form, Shiva is able to assume the solid light version of anything within her memory banks. These constructs can be of objects, animals, people, etc., and include sound and touch but not smell. All of her solid light forms emit an ozone like smell. It is faint and requires some form of heightened olfactory to notice it.

Self Duplication: <40/IN> Shiva is able to split herself into exact copies with no loss to the main unit. So far she has demonstrated the ability to create up to four Dupes, but her full ability is unknown. Dupes have shown the ability to be generated through one of Shiva's comlinks, but whether the original can do this or not is unknown. Shiva is able to customize each dupe with hand picked talents and abilities. Such Super Dupes, have the special talents/abilities coded into them, along with any normally needed programs.

Density Manipulation, Self: <30 RM> Shiva may increase or decrease her mass at will. From little more than a 3-D image (shift-0) to a little more solid than your average human (30 RM). Her strength changes to match her mass at all times and she has equally strong body armor as well. All of her other stats remain the same.

Energy Beams: <50 AM> Shiva is able to unleash lasers from her hands. These lasers can be used once per round and work no matter what her density is. These blasts have a range of only 1 area.

Resistance's:
Energy:<75 MN> Her energy form gives her monstrous (75) protection from all nonsonic/vibrational forms of energy.

Toxins/poisons: <100 UN> Shiva is immune to all noncomputer related viruses and poisons. This does not cover acids or toxins though.

Holograms:<50 AM> Shiva can create illusionary holograms anywhere within her tank or anywhere within 100' of her outer hull. These illusion's do not include smell components, but do include sound. Shiva's projectors are unable to solidify her holograms only her immediate body.

ShapeChange: <50 AM> Shiva is able to change her appearance at will. While she normally prefers her regular appearence, she is not above shapechanging her solid light form into a better suited body for whatever she is doing.


Sentient, Humanoid, Intelligent, Vehicular, Agent, or Shiva as she/it was more commonly called. Right now Shiva was spread thin. With the ability to duplicate herself, Shiva often had several dupes of herself onhand at any particular time. Now was no different. Her main form was currently hidden from all view. Many thought her intense intelligence housed only in her many bodies. Actually a huge computer deep in her tanklike form, housed her memory as well as files and scans from thousands of expeditions to hundreds of worlds and dimensions.
She could call up any of these files, custom making a "dupe" for any need. Holo's were the easiest form for her to take, this combined a semi physical body with an energy data stream. But she was also able to inhabit special "bot's". Most appeared exactly as did her holo form, but just as costumizable as her "holo's", the "bots" could take any form depending on the situation.

Shiva was designed as a vehicular agent of comfort to Kang as he traversed various multiverse. Shiva is four stories of rolling weapons. Her top floor, actually equal to a 5th floor, consists mainly of a main cannon capable of mass destruction. The barrel of her main cannon is able to extend and retract enough to allow her to guide ordinence anywhere across the face of the planet.
Shiva's shell is made of secondary adamantium, affording it great protection from conventional forms of damage.
